In 2002 his abstract book "Beyond Realism" was released by David & Charles and reprinted in 2010.

His second book "Painting Watercolour Landscapes with Confidence" was released in 2005, with 10,000 copies going to U.S.A.

To accompany the books and showing watercolour, pen & wash, oil painting and sketchbook approach on location - 6 DVDs have been released by Town House Films.

Brians latest book release with Halstar press, was in October 2010 to coincide with his first one man show in Norfolk at Picturecraft, Holt, but this time the book was a semi biography containing many of his latest oils from 2009 to 2010.
